Lee Tidman

One facet of my life is dedicated to Preventive care. I believe in lifestyle changes, goal setting and helping people in a more rounded way. I try to give good advice, problem solve and lead by example. I love to promote wellness and health and inspire people to take charge of preventive care. We are a highly stressed culture and I believe in listening to my patients. I only want to make a difference in how someone experiences self, problems and life. I try to be the best I can and help people to do likewise. I have a progressive approach to hormone replacement therapy, women's issues, and healthcare in general. I feel bonded and loyal to my practice of 20 years in Blue Ridge and plan for more in the future.
