After the Phase II Build-Out:

After the new build-out, 40,000 square more feet will be added. Two of our current tenants will move into the new building in order to expand their space to accommodate their growth and we will welcome new tenants. Over 21,000 square feet have been pre-leased.

1) Existing Building: Over 1,600 square feet: Original Design: Reception Area, storage area, two bathrooms, supply closet, main office, nurses area, one large procedure room, and three exam rooms. The suite can be remodeled to suit a new tenant.

2) Existing Building: Approximately 1,150 + square feet. Reception area, Admin offices, break area, bathrooms, recovery area, nurses area, multiple procedure and exam rooms.
